Ruthless is the Space Galaxy Blue , the Blue Ranger of the Space Galaxy Rangers. He is the last of his clan and was found on the planet Verdezon, with a Power Orb around his neck.

- Ruthless is the first Blue PR Ranger to have his prominent theme to be a wolf, but he is not the first Blue Ranger to have a wolf mecha.
- Ruthless is the first PR Ranger to have Heterochromia iridum (A condition in which the colored part of the eye (iris) is multicolored. In Ruthless' case, his right eye is blue and his left is brown).
- Ruthless is the first Ranger to have "fur" as part of the actual Ranger costume.
- Ruthless is the first Blue Ranger since Dax Lo (Blue Overdrive Ranger) who's predecessor was female.
